They have to be among the best looking shoes on the market and it seems DL Killers have really caught the attention of those who know their cycling shoes.

Only the other day (OK, in May) Sir Bradley Wiggins was rocking his silver KS-1s on Instagram and more recently Eduard Michael Grosu wore his gold ones to victory on the rain-soaked Ronde Van Linburg.

It’s saying something when the metallic gold version is actually one of the more reserved DL Killer options, but with metallic pink, and faux python in the lineup and an almost endless list of custom finishes, that’s probably why the hitters like theirs in gold.

It’s not all about the looks though - the carbon sole, moldable inner and those laminated leather uppers ensure one of the stiffest, most comfortable and also durable shoes on the market.

Now DL Killer are offering everyone a chance to get their hands on a pair of KS-1s, without having to fork out the £325 ticket price.

Become one of the brand’s Instagram followers to be in with the chance of owning a Maillot Jaune yellow pair, custom made to the shoe size of the winner. No prizes for guessing why they’re doing these in yellow, BTW.

Only one pair of these shoes will be available to win. The other pair has been produced for photographic and archive purposes only.

To win, you need to visit DL Killer’s Instagram feed here, find the Win These Shoes post, and enter your guess as to who you think will win most stages in the Tour de France. At the moment Sagan is looking like a good bet.

DL Killer will pick a winner from the correct guesses on the Monday after the final stage of the Tour.
